West Stanly Volleyball Camp
Dates: Camp 1 is June 11-13th
Camp 2 is June 19-20th
Time: 7pm till 9pm each day
Cost: 30.00
You may register at 6:30pm on June 11 for Camp 1 and 6:30pm on June 18th for cap 2. However, we reserve the right to limit the number of campers to 24. Jennifer Roberts Camp Coordinator, members of the 2011 Colts Volleyball team and NHSAA Volleyball Certified Coach Lewis will offer lots of individualized skill training. WSHS MUSIC DEPARTMENT presents Musical Inspirations Concerts on Thursday, May 24th, 2012 at 7pm in the auditorium. $3 at the door. There will be a Concert Cookout you will be able to purchase:

Spring Sports Awards Night is Monday, May 21 at 7:30 in the auditorium. You must be in attendance to receive your awards. Business casual dress is expected.

Free Sports Performance Conference:
When- Saturday, June 2nd beginning at 9am in the Stanly Regional Medical Center's
Family and Education Center.
What - The day-long event will cover a variety of topics including muscle building techniques, training, speed, agility, conditioning, sports nutrition, program design, concussion identification, and much more. The afternoon field sessions will be held at North Stanly High School from 1:00-3:00pm.
